The RCUK Operational Strategy Group (OSG) is responsible for providing strategic direction and facilitating operational excellence and cost effectiveness of the delivery of core administrative services across all Research Councils.
The responsibilities include:
- Resources: people, finance, IS&IT and office facilities;
- Shared services: joint working and cross-council initiatives;
- Projects affecting support and administration services;Management Information Systems and internal communications.
The RCUK Operational Strategy Group is chaired by Phil Sooben, Director of Policy and Administration, ESRC.
